These Terms govern your use of the TearOff mobile app. By installing or using the app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use TearOff for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not decompile, resell, or use the app in any unlawful way.
2. Formula 1 data — disclaimer
TearOff displays sports data from public third-party sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. This is an unofficial app and is not a source of official results. Do not rely on TearOff data for betting, financial, or other consequential decisions.
3. Premium subscription
- Premium unlocks the audio commentator, CarPlay/Android Auto, and removes ads.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
- The subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play settings. Refunds are governed by the respective platform's rules.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the app's operation, access it by unauthorised means, or infringe the rights of other users or third parties.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design and code belong to TearOff. The marks F1, FORMULA 1, FIA and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners; TearOff is not affiliated with them and claims no rights to them.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TearOff is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
