These Terms govern your use of the TearOff mobile app. By installing or using the app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Licence and eligibility
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use TearOff for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not decompile, resell or use the app unlawfully. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age set by your local law).
2. Formula 1 data — disclaimer
TearOff shows sports data from open third-party sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. This is an unofficial app; it is not a source of official results. Do not rely on TearOff data for betting, financial or other consequential decisions.
3. Premium subscription
- Premium removes ads and unlocks advanced features (including telemetry and the voice commentator).
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
- The subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Manage and cancel your subscription in App Store / Google Play settings. Refunds are governed by the respective platform's rules.
4. Predictions and leagues
TearOff includes prediction games and leagues for entertainment only. This is not gambling: there are no real-money wagers and no cash prizes. If you create a league, you are responsible for the name you choose — it must not contain offensive or unlawful content or infringe the rights of others. We may remove league names or records that breach these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the app, access it by unauthorised means, or violate the rights of other users or third parties.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design and code belong to TearOff. The F1, FORMULA 1, FIA and related marks are trademarks of their owners; TearOff is not affiliated with them and makes no claim to them.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TearOff is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
